A sunny Monday morning, the perfect opportunity to take our Numeracy lesson outdoors and investigate angles in our school environment. The Key Stage 2 children thoroughly enjoyed searching for acute, right, obtuse, straight and reflex angles in the playground. They even observed angles in the natural environment, in shadows, flowers, branches and leaves. Back in the classroom, the children created a collage of the angles they discovered.
