As part of the PDMU curriculum, the Key Stage 2 pupils have been developing their knowledge of basic emergency procedures and skills in First Aid. They have been learning about safety at home, in school and in the outdoor environment and the range of emergency services which are available to help us in difficult and life-threatening situations. This week, the children have been learning how to help casualties who are unconscious by putting them into the recovery position.
